Wherever we are in our professional journey, it is still a journey and that implies movement, distance and displacement.

I meet leaders who are stuck temporarily in models or ideologies, and if you simply consider it a respite on a currently arduous portion of this journey, it will not hold you back for long.

It may feel like all the motion you have expended has not gained you the distance you need, however, if you consider the displacement of old ideas and the courage of your curiosity to lean into new things, this guarantees you will gain direction, energy and distance. And almost the surety of wisdom gained.

Always remember, where you are is not who you are. Make a choice not to camp there.
