Kindness Changes Fondness

Words reorientate the brain of the giver and the receiver.

The power of words is not just emotional or psychological.

Your words have neurological impact.

And here is the most fantastic thing...

...The more your words are directed specifically to someone with kindness and intention, regardless of how you might feel about them, the positive result is both your brain and theirs changes. Their brain change impacts their performance and their creativity. Yours makes you a better person and a better leader.

We know the clinical results of gratitude, but speaking kindness and encouragement can impact the perspectives in you by your redirecting focus.

In order to intentionally speak to someone with kindness you must first be engaged in the search for that language in your own head and seeking and seeing the other persons value.

Tapping into kind, encouraging, reassuring words has an efficacious impact on your well being.

I'm not sure how many leaders understand the power of their words and the desperate need of people for affirmation, acknowledgement, kindness and hope.

It is almost impossible to sit in a negative and positive space simultaneously, so let love light up there brain.

Give it a try.... there is no down side
